1. How can I order Body and Brain Energizer?
You can make an order 24/7 via your computer, tablet or smartphone adding the product to your Cart and carefully follow the instructions step by step.
2. How to pay for my order?
After filling your delivery data, the website steps will bring you to a payment method with your credit/debit card. This is the only way to pay for your order.
3. How long can I consume Body and Brain Energizer?
The consummation period depends on your personal needs. We strongly advise you to follow the instructions for daily dose indicated on the label.
4. When will my order be delivered?
We are doing our very best to grant everyone's requests within 10 business days as of sending the order. But please be advised this may be unachievable during busy times and public holidays.
For the countries Cyprus and Malta the delivery term may to be longer.
5. Where do you deliver to and what is the cost?
We deliver "Body and Brain Energizer" to each EU member country by courier to an address specified by You.
- All customers pay 2 EUR delivery fee for orders up to 30 EUR.
- Free Delivery for Orders over 30 EUR within Europe.
6. How to consume and what is the daily dose?
How to use: Dissolve 1 standard coffee spoon in a glass of water or juice.
Daily dose: 2 to 3 times a day.
7. Can product consumption replaces ordinary food habits?
No. This product is not a substitute for regular meals.
8. Do I have to follow a diet or other food regulations?
You don't have to be kept to a diet, but in case you do it, then the product won't interfere with you in anyway.
9. Can Body and Brain Energizer be taken with other energizers?
This product is a caffeine-containing energizer. Stick to the prescribed dose of caffeine intake. Provided that you are in a good health the maximum amount of caffeine intake equals 350-400mg per day. Consume with caution!
10. Do any side effects occur?
No side effects have been known to occur as long as you follow the precise regulation for daily dosage. Overdose may bring about trouble sleeping i.e. insomnia. Cut down on the daily dose if you have high blood pressure, weak heart or troublesome stomach. Avoid consuming 4-5 hours before falling asleep.
11. Can this product be taken from children?
This product is NOT recommended for children!
12. Can this product be taken during pregnancy or nursing?
This product is NOT recommended during pregnancy or nursing!
13. I made my order but I noticed the address for the delivery is not correct.
Contact us via our CONTACT FORM or at email@example.com before 8:00 am (GMT) the following working day after you have submitted your order and we will correct the address for free, without this affecting the scheduled delivery time. But if your order has already been sent, note that your address corection shall delay your delivery time.
14. I could not pay, but I wish to finish my order!
People frequently imput incorrect card information or use wrong card, some experience unstable Internet connection or other difficulties. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help you pay for your order.
15. My tracking information says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What can I do?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information for your order. Your tracking information may indicate that your order has been successfully delivered however you do not actually have it.
Please make sure to always have your order shipped to a safe location where somebody will be available to receive it. Sometimes the postal service will deliver a package to the wrong home in the same general vicinity, so it’s a good idea to check with any nearby neighbors who may have received your order in error. You should also check around any porch areas where the package could have fallen into.
We are not able to put a trace on packages which have been marked as delivered by the shipping company. If, however, you still are unable to locate your package, please Contact us as soon as possible.
